Steps

1. On the drive out, dictate notes in this order: weather, crews and headcount, work by area, deliveries, inspections, safety, issues.
2. Paste the transcript into the Daily log cleanup prompt.

4. On Friday, paste all 5 logs into the Weekly summary prompt.
5. File the cleaned logs in your official system the same day.
